Mrs. Sarah Elizabeth Cohron, 78, died today (July 2, 1963) at 2:45 a.m. at her home in Stuarts Draft.
Mrs. Cohron was an active member of the Finley Memorial Presbyterian Church and was born Aug. 24, 1884 in Fisherville, a daughter of the late James Henry and Mary Weaver Coiner.
Survivors include her husband, Elmer Cohron; one daughter, Mrs. John M. Schade, Waynesboro; one son, H. Leslie Cohron, Stuarts Draft; also six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be Wednesday at four p.m. in the chapel of the Etter Funeral Home, conducted by the Rev. Judson Baldwin, pastor of the Stuarts Draft Baptist Church, with interment in the Calvary Methodist Church Cemetery, at Stuarts Draft.
Active pallbearers will be the following nephews; Warren Coiner, Robbin Coiner, Nelson Cohron, Joseph Cohron, Larry Cohron, and William Kyle; honorary, William H. Howerton, Wilbur Alexander, R.E. Hodge, William Grove, Leslie Brumfield, and Oliver Engleman.
