BORGER - Services for Herman Wesley Cherry, 74, who died Wednesday, were to be at 10:30 a.m. today at the Gateway Baptist Church with Rev. William S. Hobson, pastor, officiating. Burial was to be in Westlawn Memorial Park by Simpson Funeral Home.
Mr. Cherry was a long time resident of Borger after moving here from Ridgeway. He was a member of the Gateway Baptist Church and a retired maintainer operator for Hutchinson County. His wife died in 1970.
Survivors include three sons, two brothers and four grandchildren.
