Mildred Baity, 91, of Flora, IL died at 11:25 AM Friday, February 26, 2010 at Clay County Hospital in Flora.
She was born October 28, 1918 in Xenia, IL to Homer & Mary (Greenwood) Luttrell. She married Dilla Baity on October 4, 1939 in St. Louis, MO. He preceded her in death on October 10, 1970.
She is survived by 2 daughters: Trixie Baity of Flora and Kay Trotter & husband Gary of Cisne; 1 granddaughter: Monique Cho & husband Kyu of Edwardsville; 3 great-grandchildren: Olivia, Adam, and Ian.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 1 brother (Burl Luttrell), and 5 sisters (Laverne Wolfe, Helen Goldman, Blanche Davis, Wreatha Lanear, and Mae Asteris).
Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Monday (March 1, 2010) at Xenia Christian Church. Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Xenia. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM Sunday at Frank & Bright Funeral Home and after 10 AM until time of service on Monday at the church. Memorials may be made to Xenia Christian Church.
