David Jinks of Maroa is sending out postal cards.
David Jinks of Maroa is sending out several hundred postal cards asking for news of his brother William Jinks who left Home in Effingham Co. December 26th instead of going to Altamont as he told his people.
He went somewhere else and did not return.
He is almost 60 Years old 5 feet 2 inches tall 115 pounds weight has black hair mixed with gray and a brown mustache.

IN DAUGHTERS HOME
MAROA, March 24 - William Jinks
died in the home of his son-in-law
Rufus Jones, Saturday of cancer of
the stomach. He came to Maroa last
November from Effingham county and
had made his home with his daughter,
Mrs. Rufus Jones one mile North of
Maroa.
He was 66 years old and leaves nine
children all of whom were at his bed-
side except two David of Idaho and
William of Canada. Those present
were John of Edgewood, Jesse of Wel-
don, Mrs John Smith Mrs. Rufus,
Jones Mrs. Della Perry, Mrs. Anna
Devall and Miss Jolla Jinks all living
in the neighborhood of Maroa. His
wife died several years ago. Burial
was in Altamont.
