Groth of Plainfield, formerly of Cicero, U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War, beloved husband of the late Judith (nee Przybyla), loving father of Henry, John (Emily), Georgann (Tim) Groth-Ainley and Debbie (Steve) Groenendal, proud grandfather of 10 and great-grandfather of eight. Funeral service Friday, Jun. 3, 10 a.m. at the Joseph Nosek & Sons Funeral Home, 6716 W. 16th St., (one block east of Oak Park Ave.,), corner of Euclid, Berwyn. Interment Oakridge-Glen Oak Cemetery. Visitation 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday.
