The daughter of Henry Francis Pierpont & Elizabeth Larkin of Diamond Plantation in South River, Anne Arundel Co MD, Sarah married Alexander Warfield in 1700 in Millersville, Anne Arundel Co MD, the son of Captain Richard & Elinor (Browne) Warfield of Warfield Plantation, Millersville, Anne Arundel Co MD. They had eight children, five sons and three daughters.

"...Sarah Pierpont Warfield was living in 1752, according to the Will of her son Richard."

Sarah died at Brandy Plantation and is believed to have been buried there with her husband. According to the Maryland Historical Trust, the cemetery has several Warfield family members, their wives and their children. Burials are from the 18th and 19th centuries.

Note:
It is now believed her father Henry did not have a second wife named Anne. All children so far as researched, were the children of Elizabeth Larkin.
