Mr. Tucker was retired with 35 years of service from the Life and Casualty Insurance Co. of Tennessee and was a U.S. Army Veteran. Along with his wife, he owned and operated Tucker's Trolley in Owings from 1980-1990. He was a member of Dials United Methodist Church and was a former member of the Schroeder Masonic Lodge #144.
