BESSIE T. BYWATER
Bessie Tyree Bywater, 92, 2200 East 3300 South, died in a Salt Lake nursing home Sept. 26, 1975, of causes incident to age.
Born Aug. 2, 1883, Fairfield, Va., to Hyrum Thomas and Orpha Salina Wilson Tyree. She married George Grant Bywater in 1911, in Mt. Pleasant, Sanpete County. He died Jan. 27, 1969. She was a former school teacher in Mt. Pleasant and Eureka; and was a Protestant in her religious beliefs.
Survivors include a son and daughters, Robert G. of Fallbrook, Calif.; Mrs. Joseph (Orpha) Wixson, Roy; Mrs. C. Lynn (Barbara) Peterson, Mrs. George Russ (Janet) Hunsaker, both of Salt Lake City; Mrs. A. Rowe (Elizabeth) Waller, Greenbray, Calif.; 8 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; sisters, Mrs. A. L. (Bertha) Morten, Pasadena, Calif.; Mrs. A. E. (Ethel) Morten and Mrs. William H. (Bette) Wadsworth, both of Palo Alto, Calif.
Funeral will be Monday at 1 p.m., 6500 S. Redwood Road, where friends may call Sunday from 6-8 p.m., or Monday one hour before services. Burial at Redwood Memorial Estates.
