"Miss Edna H. Delfs, 70, Lisbon street, died of a heart ailment early Wednesday afternoon in the Sleighbell Residence, Austintown, where she had been a patient the past three weeks. She suffered an arm fracture in a fall, about a month ago. Born in Canfield township, March 12, 1894, she was the youngest child of John and Ida Tanner Delfs and was a life resident of the community. Miss Delfs was a member of the Canfield United Presbyterian church. Surviving are three sisters, Miss Helena Delfs of Canfield, Mrs. J. Carl Zimmerman of Oberlin, and Mrs. Hugh M. Bowman of Ellsworth, and a brother, Roy J. Delfs of Canfield. Two brothers, Harry and Herbert, preceded her in death. Funeral services, with the Rev. Charles F. Fulcomer officiating, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Williams Funeral Home, and interment made in the Canfield cemetery. The family will meet friends Friday evening at the funeral home."
