Mrs. Minnie C. Smith, 85, of 2840 South Chantilly, died at 1:50 a.m. Sunday at the Springfield MediCenter after a long illness.
Mrs. Smith was a native of Georgia.
Surviving are two sons, Francis C. Smith of Springfield, and Thomas C. Smith, Fairfield, Ala.; and one sister, Mrs. Carrie C. Bailey, LaGrange, Ga.
Services and burial will be in Columbus Ga., Wednesday under the direction of the Striffler Hamby Funeral Home.
