More census research, as pointed out by FaG member Vivian Pharr Riddick, reveals the family living in the Buford Township in 1900(there was no town called Buford in Union County, this is added for clarification as this often seems a source of confusion), with "widowed" as her marital status and the month and year of her birth as Feb 1858 in South Carolina (same state for birth of her parents). She reveals that she has had 11 children with 6 living in 1900.
