Carolyn Rose Terry, 80, Cameron, died Saturday, July 25, 2009.

Carolyn was born on Feb. 20, 1929 in Altamont to Bill and Elizabeth (Stroup) McGinnis.

She married Carl Cope, they divorced. She later married Thomas Terry on Feb. 10, 1964 in Miami, OK.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband, Tom Terry, of the home; a son, Bob Cope of Cameron; two daughters, Brenda Terry and Connie Walker, Cameron; a stepson, Tom Terry of Kidder; two stepdaughters, Linda Talbot of Kidder and Bonnie Smith of Bethany; a sister, Mary Wilson of Altamont; 16 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.

Services were held July 28 at Poland-Thompson Chapel, Cameron. Burial was in Mount Ayr Cemetery, Altamont. Online condolences may be left at www.polandthompson.com.

Arrangements were under the direction of Poland Thompson Funeral Home, Cameron.
