Rosa was married to Aloysius Francis Rehagen on Aug. 4, 1920, in Rich Fountain, Missouri, and they had thirteen children.

Services were held Monday at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in St. Louis for Rosa Boes (Rosie) Rehagen, 94, a native of Rich Fountain, who died Thursday at a St. Louis rest home. Burial was in St. Peter's Cemetery at St. Louis.

Mrs. Rehagen was born Oct. 10, 1900, to William and Kate Boehmer Boes. She was married Aug. 4, 1920, at Rich Fountain to Aloysius Rehagen, who died Nov. 14, 1969. The Rehagens moved from their farm in the Rich Fountain-Freeburg area to Rosati in 1951 and moved to the Japan community in 1964. After her husband's death, she moved to St. Louis.

Survivors include a brother, Felix Boes of Montgomery City; five sons, Tony, Herbert, Alphonse, Albert, and Sylvester Rehagen; and five daughters, Rita Kessel, Angela Wallis, Sophia Rehagen, Marie Scaturro, and Ann Scaturro. Another daughter, Agnes Rehagen, died Sept. 29, 1993.
