Death claimed the life of Raymond Dillenburg, Star Rt. 2 Box 94, January 3, 1962 in Tacoma General Hospital. Mr. Dillenburg was born in Diagonal, Iowa on March 30, 1913. He had lived in Mason County for 24 years. He worked as a Faller for Simpson Timber Co. and had served with the U. S. Army during World War II.
His funeral service was held Friday, January 5 at 1 p.m. at the Batstone Funeral Home. Rev. R. R. Rings officiated. Interment was in Shelton Memorial Park.
Surviving is his wife, Thelma, Shelton; 3 daughters, Bobbie, Glenda and Sherry, Shelton; 2 sons, Raymond, Jr., and Larry Lynn, Shelton; 3 brothers, John and Kenneth, Shelton and Eldon of Belfair; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ott Dillenburg, Belfair; 2 sisters, Mrs. Joan Scott, Bremerton and Mrs. Ruby Byerly, Belfair.
