Maud(e) was born at LaCrosse, LaCrosse Co., Wisconsin 9 AM, Monday, 24 August 1885 (given as 25 Dec. 1883 on her death cert.); died at her home at Glendale, Los Angeles Co., California 3 June 1955 at 8:04 PM of a heart attack (myocardial infarction); her remains were cremated at Grand View Crematory [LaCrosse Co. Bir. Cert., v. 4, p. 85, no. 75874; Los Angeles Co. Death Cert., dated 6 June 1955].

Maude was enumerated at LaCrosse, Wisconsin as a stenographer in 1900 [1900 U.S. Census]. City Directories listed Maud O. Dunbar, as a stenographer residing in Milwaukee from 1904 until 1914 [Milwaukee Dir., 1904-1914]. She resided at 2817 Dunbar Place (1905), 2823 Dunbar Pl. (1908), and 1201 State St. (1909).

Maude was married at Saint Rose Rectory, Milwaukee, Milwaukee Co., Wisconsin 28 Sept. 1914 to Patrick J. FLANAGAN of Milwaukee, Wisconsin by the Rev. Patrick H. DURNIN [Rev. James E. Kelly, writt. comm., 12 June 1942].

Patrick, son of John and Margaret FLANAGAN, died in 1918 during the Influenza Epidemic. It's very possible that he died before his only child, a son, was born.
