Her daughter, Ruth Ann (1845-1868) married Isaac N. "Bud" Campbell the 11th of Feb 1882 Douglas Co., IL (Vol 1 pg 31). Ruth is buried in the Chesterville Cemetery, Douglas Co., IL. Her second daughter, Dora, (1866-1867) died in Clearwater, Sedgwick Co., Kansas. Drinking the alkaline water was the cause of Dora's death. After local doctor's warning about the alkaline water Mary Ann and Hiram came back to Illinois. Mary Ann died soon after her arrival back in Illinois.
