Jessie Earl Blackard was the son of James Samuel Blackard(1875-UNK) and Elizabeth "Lizzie"N Owens(1883-Unk)both his parents buried site is Unk right now, Jessie had 6 brothers and sisters, (1)Mamie Sue Blackard(1900-1983),(2)Allen Aaron Blackard(1903-Unk),(3)Elsie Bell Blackard(1908-Unk),(4)Silvester Blackard(1913-Unk)(5)Alice Blackard(1916-Unk) and (6) Raymond Blackard (1919-Unk),
Jessie helped his Dad on the family Farm in the 1920's,while in school also, In his Army enlistment 1942, it show he was a carpenter, and a widow with no denpendents,His death cerf shows he die in Brownsville, Edmonson, Kentucky. His wife Della Grace Ray Obituary shows he was her husband, with 2 children, Ronnie and Carole Blackard.
