Sarah was the daughter of Absolon Foley Sr. and Susannah Bishop Foley. She married Henry Payne Harris on Jan. 12, 1837 in Springfield, Clark Co., OH. They had 8 children before they moved on to Ill. where they both passed away. According to information I was told that Sarah was some way related to Pohattan's brother Opechancanough (a chief). Pohattan was the father of Pocahantis. I was unable to prove this statement.
Sarah was my 3 x gr. grandmother.
