Andrew was the fifth son of Perry C. & Margaret (Wiggins)Bolsinger. He had four older brothers and five younger sisters. His mother's parents were; John & Elizabeth (Jefferies) Wiggins. (See father's link below for Perry's linage.)
Andrew's first marriage was to Ruth E. Moreland on 17 Dec 1874, (daughter of Jacob & Catherine (Glynn) Moreland.
His second marriage was to Stella M. Gore in 28 Nov 1894 in Colesburg. She was born the daughter of John & Hannah (Cropp) Gore, on 9 May 1870 in Mallory Township, Clayton Co. Iowa. She died 28 Jul 1962 in Elgin, Kane co. IL.

He and Stella had two children; Ione Mildred (1896-1984), and John Calvin, (1904-1976).
