Robert Alexander Williams was first married to July Ann Cummings and had 4 or 5 children, one of which is John Wesley Williams as shown. A list of the other children from this marriage is available on the internet. Mr Williams later married Esther J Stanley who was much younger than him, and they had one daughter :Ora Jewell Williams who married Carl B. Haynes.( These two are also buried at Flat Rock Cemetary.) They reared 8 children on the Robert A. Williams farm on hwy 158 a couple of miles east of Flat Rock Church. I have been researching this family because i purchased the Williams/Haynes homeplace which was built in 1846.
