Obituary--Anna Robinson Lee--
Anna Robinson daughter of Anna and George Robinson was born on April 15, 1885 in Saline County near Wilber and departed this life November 18, 1955 at the St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Lincoln, at the age of 70 years, seven months and three days. Her health had been failing for a year being in the hospital only four days.

Her childhood was spent in the Sutton and Ong communities. In early womanhood she with her sister Nell lived with their older brother, Dave.

She was united in marriage with Phillip Logan Lee February 18, 1909. To this union were born three children: Carol Ann who died in infancy; Wendell and Wilma (Mrs. Everett Price) who both live in and near Edgar.

They established their home on a farm near Ong. Later moving to farms near Shickley, Fairfield and finally to their present home at Edgar.

In early married life she with her husband became a member of the Methodist Church of Ong. Being a devoted wife and mother, her life was centered around her family, always ready to give a helping hand in time of need.

As long as her health permitted she was an active member of the Prairie Dale Club and belonged to the Christian Ladies' Aid.

She is survived by her husband, Logan; a son, Wendell; a daughter, Wilma; four grand children, Bobby Price, Janis, Patricia and Kathy Lee; a sister, Mrs. Nell Sanburg of McCool Junction; a half sister, Mrs. Hattie Engdahl of Ong; a half brother, Charles Smith of Ong; a step sister, Mrs. Cora Lloyd of York; two step brothers, J. B. Smith of Wessington Springs, S. D., and Will Smith of York. A sister, Fannie Dawson and two brothers Bill and Dave Robinson, preceded her in death.

She will be greatly missed by many other relatives and a host of friends.

Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, Nov 22, at the Christian Church in Edgar with Rev. E. E. Smith and Rev. Harry Gleim officiating. A quartet consisting of Mmes. Harold Beck and Robert Mikkelson and Messrs Robert Mikkelson and J. M. McGhie, sang "Beautiful Isle of Somewhere," "Beyond the Sunset," and "Going Down the Valley." Mrs. F. W. Hockman was accompanist.

Ladies in charge of the flower were, Mmes. Minnie Jay, Marie Emrich, Verna Peters and Ruth Schnittker.

Casket bearers were Messrs. Wayne Hunter, Justin Merrill, Monte Moore, Vernon Grummert, Clark Powell and Donald Peters.

Burial was in Ong Cemetery.
