EAST PEORIA, IL - Admonisha Appleby, 99, of 134 Cole Street, died at 6:30pm Saturday, November 29, 1969 at St Francis hospital, Peoria, IL, where she had been a patient for one day.
An East Peoria resident since 1911, Mrs. Appleby had resided at the Cole Street address since 1921. She was born in Cramlington County, Northumberland, England, May 18, 1870, a daughter of Richard and Emma Ellery Daniel. She was married to Robert Thompson Appleby in Cramlington, England on Sept 21, 1904. He preceded her in death.
She is survived by one daughter, Miss Violet Appleby, with whom she made her home. She was preceded in death by a son, six sisters and three brothers.
Burial will be in Fondulac cemetery.
