Mr. Rex Joseph DeLong--A native of Iowa and a resident of Theodore, Alabama, for the past 50 years, died at a local hospital Saturday, October 24, 1981. Mr. DeLong was retired from the International Paper Co. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Theodore, The Bowie Lodge #439 in Summrall, Miss., The Mobile Scottish Rite Bodies, The Wisteria Court #6 Order of the Amaranth and The Viritas Chapter #175 O.E.S. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Roberta Alice L. DeLong of Theodore; one son, Charles L. Delong of Theodore; two sisters, Mrs. Yma Donaldson of Carlsbad, N.M., and Mrs. Wilanna Carroll of Bernalillo, N. M.; and other relatives. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home Tuesday, October 27, 1981, at 2 p.m. Visitation will be after 5 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Pine Crest Cemetery. Arrangements by Radney Funeral Home, Dauphin St. extension, Mobile, Ala.
