Alice L. Greenawalt
ALGER - Mrs. Alice L. Greenawalt, 66, of Rt. 2, Teconsha, Mich., died at 8:35 p.m. Wednesday in Oaklawn Hospital, Marshall, Mich., following an illness of one month.
Born Jan. 7, 1900, in Hardin County, she was a daughter of Robert and LaDema Newland Plummer.
Surviving are her husband, Charles W.; three daughters, Mrs. Hazel Hook of Alger, Mrs. Ruth Kahler and Mrs. Alice Lloyd, both of Teconsha, Mich.; three brothers, Lloyd Plummer of Olivet, Mich.; Ernest Plummer of Lima and Joseph Plummer of Ada; three sisters, Mrs. Myrtle Austin and Mrs. Flossie Knigge, both of Lima, and Mrs. Louise Hunsacker of Alger; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Hanson Funeral Home. Rev. Willard Thomas will officiate and burial will be in Preston Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after noon Saturday.
