Mrs. Hazzard was a member of Morrison Chapel Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband William Erby Hazzard Sr. and son, William Erby Hazzard Jr.
She is survived by her son Larry Hazzard of Cleveland, a daughter, Audrey Floyd (Robert) of Quitman; a brother Lloyd (Cecile) Joiner of Carthage, and three sisters, Martha Tucker of Greenville, Lorrine Holly of Jackson, and Thelma (Paul) Davis of Grenada; five grandchildren, Patrick (Kimberly) Floyd of Quitman, Lee Dykes (Rick) of Dandridge, Tenn., Shannan Roux of Quitman, Bill Hazzard of Covington, La., and Amanda Sturdivant of Covington, La.; and three great-grandchildren, Patrick Dykes, Christian Roux and Landon Roux.
