Lancaster - Mrs. Mary Sweatt Ghent, 71, of Lancaster died Thursday in a Columbia hospital.
She was born in Lancaster, daughter of the late John and Sudie Clark Sweatt, and was married to Charlie Ghent Sr.
Funeral services will be Friday at 4 pm at Cauthen Funeral Home with burial in Memorial Park.
Surviving are her husband, five sons, Roy, John, Walter, Charlie Jr, and Clyde Ghent of Lancaster, and four daughters, Mrs. Ernest Cameron of York and Mrs. J.D. Procter, Mrs. Bruce Killen and Mrs. Vernon Smith of Lancaster.
