Rock Hill, April 17 - Steve Alexander Sweatt, 56, died suddenly at the home of a friend this afternoon about 4 o'clock. Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon in Bethel M.E. church at 4 o'clock. Internment at Laurelwood Cemetery.
Mr. Sweatt is survived by the following children: Mrs. Pauline Morgan, Nixonville: Mrs. Bessie Robinson, Leslie; J.S. Sweatt, Ruth Sweatt, Pearl Sweatt, Joerce Sweatt and Howard Sweatt, Rock Hill. The following brothers and sisters also survive: Will Sweatt, Leslie, George Sweatt, Mrs. Lucy Ghant, Mrs. Mary Ghant, Lancaster.
