Charline Shannon Magee, 69, died April, 24, 2006 at her residence in the Clem Community. Visitation is 5:30-9 p.m. today at Saulters-Moore Funeral Home in Prentiss. Funeral services are 10 a.m. Wednesday at Phalti Baptist Church with interment in the church cemetery.

Charline was the daughter of Bobbie Garner and the late Billy Rufus Magee and step-daughter of the late R. G. Garner. She was a graduate of Clem High School and St. Dominic's School of Nursing and received a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists Degree from Charity Hospital in New Orleans, La. She was a member of MS C.N.R.A. and the National C.N.R.A. Association. She was a member of Phalti Baptist Church and was employed as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist at Simpson County Hospital in Mendenhall.

Survivors include: one son, William (Bill) Magee and wife Sheila of Clem; grandson, Dalton Magee; mother, Bobbie Garner; two brothers, Reggie Magee & wife Peggy of Clem and George T. Magee and wife Naomi of Mt. Olive; one sister, Martha Hutton & husband Freddie of Clem and a number of niece and nephews.
