She had been a member of the North Congregational Church, the Ladies Benevolent Circle of the Church and the Eastern Star in Middletown.
Born Dec. 5, 1895 in Woodridge, Mrs. Kelly was the daughter of James and Mary Curlette Atwell. She married Edward J. Kelly who died on Oct. 25, 1963.
Surviving are two sons, Dr. Edward Kelly of Greeley, Colo.; Donald Kelly of Cedar Falls, Iowa; five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 1 Wednesday in the Ralston Funeral Home, Middletown, with the Rev. Frederick Noll officiating. Burial will be in Glen Wild Cemetery.
Friends may call from 7-9 Tuesday evening in the Ralston Funeral Home, Middletown.
