Obituary - David Harmon Buck, 67, of 3505 Madison, died this morning at St. Benedict's Hospital of heart failure.

Mr. Buck was born Dec. 26, 1908, in Smithfield, Utah, a son of Joseph and Martha Ann Bennington Buck.

On Nov. 21, 1934, he was married to Edith McBride in Logan. The marriage was solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple.

He had been an employee at Hill Air Force Base for 26 years, retiring in July of 1972.

He was an elder in the 28th LDS Ward.

Surviving are his widow of Ogden, one son and one daughter, Paul D. Buck and Mrs. Thomas (Sandra) Martin, both of Ogden; five grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.

Also surviving are one brother and three sisters, Roy Buck, Twin Falls, Idaho; Mrs. Hanne Roskelley, Logan; Mrs. Celia Nelson, California, Mrs. Cyril (Lucy) Brugh, Arizona.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. at Lindquist and Sons Colonial Chapel with Bishop Ray Robinson of the 25th Ward officiating.

Friends may call at the mortuary Wednesday from 6 to 8 pm and Thursday one hour prior to services. Interment in Washington Heights Memorial Park.
