Nora Adolph Fields, a resident of Elko, NV for the past 57 years. passed away at Ruby Mountains Manor at the age of 96. She came to Nevada from Encampment, WY in 1918. She first settled in McGill and in 1919 she moved to Elko where had has lived ever since. Nora is survived by her two sons, Clyde K. Fields of Elko and Clifford F. Fields of Gold Beach, OR; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brother Claude Adolph of Alma; sisters, Amy Lordier of Cheyenne, WY, Nanny Klein of McFarland, KS, Louisa Maas and Mary Talbot, both of Alma. She was preceded in death by her husband Emmett in 1937 and by a son "Doby" and a daughter Blanche.
