Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 a.m. Thurs-day, February 21, 2008 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church for Bemice M. Loehrer, 83 who died Sunday, February 17, 2008 at Sterling Park Health Care Center, Waite Park, MN. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday, February 20th at the Williams Funeral Home, St. Cloud and after 10:00 a.m. at the church. Rev. Thomas Knobloch will officiate. Parish Prayers will be Wednesday evening at 5:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, St. Cloud, MN.
Bemice was born to the late Raymond and Theresa (Bloomer) Muntifering in St. Cloud, MN. She married Florian "Bud" Loehrer on April 8th, 1947 at St. Anthony's Church. She worked at St. Cloud Hospital in housekeeping and was a member of Christian Mothers.
Bernice is survived by her daughter, Suzanne (Wayne) Stevens, St. Cloud; grand-children, Crystal Stevens, Jason (Karla) Fleming and Jaime (Jason) Kronen-berg; four great-grand-children; sisters and brothers, lrma (Matt) Reding, St. Cloud; Marion Gill, Sauk Rapids; Lucille (Ernest) Fredrick, Hastings; Eileen Collette, Roseville; Mildred Kampa, Hastings; Jerry (Kathy) Muntifering, St. Cloud; Roger (Sheila) Muntifering, Maplewood; and many nieces and nephews.
Bemice is preceded in death by her parents, husband Florian "Bud" Loehrer, daughter, Dianne Fleming; sister, Renee; brothers, Jerome and James.
Memorials are preferred.
