Interment was made in the Wheatland Cemetery under the direction of the Farber & Otteman Funeral Home in Lake View.
Accompanist Mrs. Harry Hayunga played for the congregational singing. Mrs. William Geake and Mrs. Darwyn Rodman were in charge of the floral arrangements.
Attendants were Arnold Gerdes, Donald Becker, Marvin Huisenga, Donald Herrig, Donald Kies and Elroy Huisenga.
Esther Huisenga was born Apr, 16, 1908, in Sac County, Ia. She was the daughter of Fred and Hiska Flink Kies. On Sept. 22, 1927, she was married to John P. Huisenga at Wall Lake.
Survivors include her husband, John, of Breda; one daughter, Norma (Mrs. Leonard) Peters of Breda; five grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Hannah Dumler, of Red Oak; and one brother, Ezra Kies of Lanesboro.
She was preceded in death by her parents and three sisters - Margaret, Bena and Carolina.
