"Laura Nibel, 83"
Funeral services for Laura Nibel, 83, Dayton, were held Wednesday, April 5 at 1:30 pm at Carson Funeral Home, Dayton. Services were conducted by Rev. Ronald Petrak, pastor of the Dayton United Methodist Church. Interment was in the Paton Cemetery.
Mrs. Nibel passed away Monday morning, April 3 at Grandview Care Center. She had been a patient there for the past five years.
Survivors include three sons, Robert of Paton, Harry of Berthoud, Colo., and Lowell of Fort Collins, Colo,; one step daughter Mrs. John Ganeff of Lehigh; thirteen grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Nibel was born near Paton and attended Paton schools. She married Harry Nibel in Paton. He passed away in 1935. In 1951 she married Joe Nibel and they lived on a farm near Dayton. He passed away in 1968.
