It is assumed that this Mary Crystal, eldest of the two, was also the daughter of Emma and Charles Crystal.
John and Margaret Crystal may well have been the grandparents of these two little girls, Charles being their son.

Mary, the second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. I. G. Crystal, died in New Mexico one day last week. The little girl had not been very well for a couple of years, but was apparently in her usual health when Mr. and Mrs. Crystal left here just before the holidays for a visit with relatives in Oklahoma. After a short stay there they started for Phoenix, Arizona, and in New Mexico Mary took down with the flu and complications set in and she passed away. The body was brought back to Goodnight, Okla., and interred there, that being the old home of Mr. Crystal. The parents have the sympathy of their host of friends here in their bereavement. They had intended to spend the winter near Phoenix, but may change their plans since the death of the daughter.
