The youngest daughter of Louis Frey and Johanne "Barbara" Kraus, Anna never married.

Anna was hospitalized at St. Anthony Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri where she underwent an appendectomy on 10 Sep 1934. Following spinal anesthesia, Anna died from acute dilatation of the heart.

At the time of her death, Anna was 43 years, 8 months and 21 days old. She was buried next to her parents on 13 Sep 1934.
