Roger Dale Goins is the son of Herman Dennis Goins and Opal Marie Page. He was married to Janie D Hoskin and they had two children a son Roger ( Chief) and a daughter Jennifer. Roger was in the United States Air force. He spent most of his life in Vinita, then moved to Tulsa with his family.
He had heart problems for years before his passing. He and Janie were married Aug 21 1964. Roger worked as a Ironworker in Tulsa. He will truly be missed and always loved.
