He was born in Franklin Tenn. son of THeodore John ( Dorie) Goins and Maggie Mary Jane Hopper. THey were pioneers of Vinita came by wagon when he was 14 yrs old. He only attended school 4 days in his life but he was as smart as they came.Most of his family are from Hickman Tenn.His grandfather was John Gilford Goins his great grandfather was Issac Mathis Goins. I will always miss him and love him, he was so kind and loving a very special person always kind hearted. God put this man on this earth to teach and guide us, without having a formal education just LOVE .His youngest son Roger Dale Goins is buried at Calvery Cemetery in Tulsa Oklahoma # 40656447
