Theophilus "Buddy" Tuttle, age 83, of Frazer, passed away Sunday, May 23 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset. He was born May 14, 1921 in Wayne County, the son of the late Roy Tuttle and Ada Wilson Tuttle. He married Ruth Walters on July 10, 1950, who survives.
He is survived by one daughter, Kathy Murphy of Pine Knot; and one sister, Margie Spencer of Hernando, MS.
He had been employed by Crane of Somerset and was a farmer. He was a member of New Salem Baptist Church.
