Mrs. Lucille Lashley, 70 year old resident of 1800 Wilson Street died at 2:pm yesterday,(Feb 2nd) at her home. She was born at Brunot, MO on the 5th May 1892? Error (Actually 1893), and had resided in this county, (Butler) for the past 13 years.
Surviving are the following children: Elvin Lashley of St. Louis, Howard Lashley of Poplar Bluff, Mrs. Ruth Hancock of St. Louis, and Mrs. Grady Tinker of Poplar Bluff;
Three brothers, Clardy White* of Greenville, Leb White of Poplar Bluff, Tony White* of Fredericktown; Two sisters: Mrs. Ella Barker, Poplar Bluff, Nancy Clemons,** and Mrs. Alpha House of Bradenton, FL, Mrs. Maggie Tipton,** 12 grandchildren & 4 great-grandchildren.
* Both Clardy & Tony were her half-bros. **Nancy did not die until December of 1963, and she was a half-sister, but was not mentioned nor was Mrs. Maggie Tipton, another half-sister that did not die until 1996.

LASHLEY RITES WILL BE HELD TOMORROW
Services for Mrs. Lucille Lashley, who died Sunday, will be at 10:am tomorrow at the Pentecostal Holiness Church in South Poplar Bluff. The Rev. Frank Morris will officiate and burial will be in the Beulah Cemetery near Piedmont under the direction of Greer, Croy and Fitch.
