Mr. Winningham was a member of Hatcher Hall Christian Church and an Army veteran. He was the owner of Winningham True Value Hardware in Livingston. His family includes a son and daughter-in-law, Kenny and Betty Winningham of Cookeville; two daughters and sons-in-law, Inka and Jeff Herron of Kingsland, Ga., and Lisa and Ron Huitt of Monroe; a brother, Artis Winningham of Crossville; and 11 grandchildren.
