BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Augustine was born on Feb. 20, 1944 in Trego County, Kansas. He was a resident of Pampa since 1975, moving from Farmington, New Mexico. He married Jeanine Goscha on June 3, 1967 in Norton, Kansas. She preceded him in death on May 22, 1997. He was former manager of Brown's Shoe Fit and later worked for Pampa Office Supply. Following employment at Pampa Office Supply, he worked in the oilfield and farmed and ranched. Ron retired last March from B & B Solvent where he had worked for 7 years. He was a former member of St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church and a former member of the Pampa Noon Lions Club. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army during the Vietnam War.

SURVIVORS: Chad Augustine and wife Joelynn of Amarillo and Scott Augustine and wife Amanda of Mangum, OK; 5 brothers: Gene Augustine of Denison, Glen Augustine of Denver, CO, Jerry Augustine of Louisiana, Dave Augustine of Hayes, KS, and Galen Augustine of Lenora, KS; 1 sister: Mitzi Huffman of Atlanta, GA; 8 grandchildren: Tiffany, Sequin, Alexis, Jacob, Alexis, Makayla, Nathan, and Aiden. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mike and Christina Augustine, and by a brother, Art Augustine.

MEMORIALS: In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Tralee Crisis Center, 308 S. Cuyler, Pampa, TX 79065.
