HAMMONDSPORT -
Adelbert J. Beam, 62, of Avoca,
died this morning in Ira Davenport.
Memorial Hospital of a
heart ailment. He was an employee
of Gold Seal Vineyards.
A native of the Town of Urbana,
he was born Nov. 5, 1905,
son of Charles and Clara Brooks.
Beam.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs.
Maxine S. Beam; two daughters,
Mrs. Wilford Northrup of Pulteney
and Mrs. Harry Grover of
Bath; a son, Adelbert Jr. of
Naples; a sister, Mrs. Kenneth
Oakley of Dundee; two brothers,
Ernest of Hammondsport,
LeRoy of Rochester; 19 grandchildren
and three great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Bond.
Funeral Home in Hammondsport
Sunday and Monday
2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Services will be
held there at 2 p.m. Tuesday,
the Rev. Clair Statham officiating.
Burial will be in Pleasant.
Valley Cemetery.
