Clara Hoff Kunz, our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend, 93, passed away Jan. 23, 1992, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Born October 4, 1898, in Georgetown, Bear Lake County, Idaho, the daughter of George Jacob and Gladys Ardelia Hess Hoff. Married Russel Lester Kunz July 2, 1919 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple; he passed away January 21, 1969. Survived by three sons and one daughter: Robert, Logan and Virginia, George and Karen, Lucy and Bill Thomas, all Salt Lake City; 20 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Veneta Hoff, Los Angeles, Calif.; Gladys Hoff Phelps, Plainview, Texas. Preceded in death by twp daughters, Mary Marlene and Carolyn Clara Kunz; a loving daughter-in-law, Dorothy and a grandson, Russel Matt. Funeral services will be held Monday, January 27, 2 p.m., in the Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary Chapel, 10600 South 1700 East, Sandy, where friends may call Sunday evening, from 6-8 p.m. and Monday, one hour prior to services. Interment, Larkin Sunset Gardens."
