Alexander is my Great Grandfather. He is spouse of Sophia Hochhausen. Children: Catherine, John, Alexander Charles, Mary Emma (my Grandmother), Sophia, Lizzie, Rose Teresa, and Caecelia. Names on photo of Alexander Bauer and his family were entered by me; based on relative ages and appearances. They are, at best, educated guesses. Mary Emma was my grandmother. In the 2nd photo, that is Sophia Hochhausen Bauer with her 2 grandchildren; Albert Bauer and Clara Bauer. All indications are that Alexander is buried in Saint Ann's Cemetery; along with his wife; Sophia. However, the actual gravesite has never been found.
