Parlee was the daughter of Peter and Sarah Robnett Floyd. She married Grant Jackson 1 September 1897. They were the parents of eight children: Elihue Verl; Earl; Bertis G.; Berna Dean; Homer V.; Pearl; Zella P.; and Bessie.
Parlee lived in Dent County until 1923 then she moved to St.Louis.
