Frances Ellen Brown, 90, of Charlotte, Michigan, died Dec. 5, 1996.
The former Frances Heinze was born Dec. 6, 1905, in Slagle, the daughter of William Heinze and Bessie (Brough) Heinze. She married Rolland Brown in Potterville Michigan, on Nov. 8, 1930.
Frances Brown was survived by one son, Reg (Gerri) Brown of Charlotte; one daughter,
Sue (Doug) Sherman of Charlotte; five grandchildren, Bryan (Stephanie) Sherman, Amy Sherman, Dan Brown, Darry Brown, and David (Lori) Brown; four great-grandchildren; and one sister, Ida Pettit of Lansing.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Rolland, in 1982.
Family affirmation services were held Dec. 9, 1996, at the Pray Funeral Home, Charlotte, with the Rev. John Bookshaw officiating.
