Father of twelve children, 7 sons and 5 daughters. Two of the daughters, Nancy and Ella, died young. Two sons moved to Kansas. A third son, Adelbert Marion Tiffany (July 26, 1837 - ?) moved to KS but was also known to be in Nebraska. His date of death and burial place are unknown. The other children remained in the Susquehanna, Wyoming and Bradford counties of Northeastern PA.
