Leslie Lee Farr, 78, of Buna died Wednesday, December 2, 1998 at Dubuis Hospital in Beaumont.
Funeral services were held Saturday, December 5, at the First Baptist Church in Buna with a Masonic graveside service at Antioh Cemetery under the direction of E. E. Stringer Funeral Home in Buna.
A naitve of Newton County, he lived in Buna 40 years, was retired from Carpenter's Local No. 2007 and was a WWII US Army veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Wanice Farr of Buna; son Lee Farr of Buna; daughters, Judy Manchac of Kirbyville and Kay Goins of Buna; brother, Ira Farr of Cloudcroft, NM; sisters Emma Jean Weeks and Louise Wilkinson of Newton and Marilyn Parker of Fitzgerald, GA; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
