LOGAN BOY DIES OF AUTO HURTS
Logan, July 5--(AP)--Owen Kloepfer, 11-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. F.J. Kloepfer of Logan, died in a hospital here today of multiple injuries received when his bicycle was struck by an automobile Thursday night.
The boy's death was Utah's 73rd traffic fatality this year, an increase of 17 per cent over a year ago.
Chief of Police Hyrum Weatherspoon reported the car driver was Ralph McCombs, 21, of Rupert, Idaho. The accident occurred at an intersection when the cyclist attempted to turn.
